Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At MicroUtils, we want you to be satisfied. Due to the nature of digital AI services and metered usage, we offer a 7-day refund window for initial subscriptions, provided the AI-generation credits have not been significantly exhausted. Refund requests should be directed to ohabel@gmail.com and will be processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of initial subscription
  • AI-generation credits have not been significantly consumed (less than 20% usage)
  • No history of refund abuse on the account
  • Service malfunction or billing error on our part

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the subscription began
  • Significant usage of AI-generation credits (20% or more)
  • Account suspension due to terms of service violations
  • User error or change of mind after substantial service usage

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to ohabel@gmail.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. MicroUtils does not directly handle payment processing or refunds.

Metered Usage Adjustments

For metered services, if you believe you were incorrectly charged for usage, please contact us immediately. We will review your usage logs and make appropriate adjustments if a billing error is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, but you will only be charged for actual metered usage.
