By using MicroUtils services, you agree to be bound by these terms. MicroUtils provides software-as-a-service utilities billed on a usage basis. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles global tax compliance and secure payment processing.

Service Description

MicroUtils offers specialized AI-powered utilities designed to automate repetitive operational tasks for modern businesses. Services are billed on a metered basis according to actual usage of AI-generation credits, API calls, and storage.

Billing and Payment

Our metered billing model means you only pay for what you use:

• AI-generation credits are consumed based on actual usage
• Billing occurs monthly based on metered consumption
• All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
• Pricing is transparent and displayed before each transaction

User Responsibilities

As a user of MicroUtils, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not abuse or attempt to manipulate the metered billing system

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. MicroUtils retains ownership of the platform, software, and AI models. By using our services, you grant us permission to process your content solely to provide the requested services.

Limitation of Liability

MicroUtils provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will be billed for any outstanding usage.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
